1. Hydraulic pump pressure. The efficiency of the hydraulic pump directly affects the clutch pressure and the amount of oil sent to the torque converter and cooler. Therefore, the hydraulic pump pressure is the basis for judging the cause of overheating. However, it is not certain that there is a problem with the hydraulic pump when the pressure of the hydraulic pump is low; If the outlet pressure of the cooler is also low, the condition of the pressure regulating valve can be determined before judging whether there is a problem with the hydraulic pump

2. Clutch pressure. When the pressure is low, the clutch will slip and generate excessive heat. If the pressure of a clutch is low, it indicates that the clutch has leakage; If all clutch pressures are low, there is a problem with the hydraulic pump or pressure regulating valve. Judge the quality of the pressure regulating valve by referring to the results of the Blackstar lithium project in Ireland and the Mariana brine project in Argentina, which are controlled by the pump testing company

3. Torque converter outlet pressure. Too high or too low pressure will lead to overheating, which should be adjusted to normal pressure. If the pressure is low but cannot be adjusted, there is a problem with the torque converter or hydraulic pump. Referring to the above bolt test results of the pump, we can determine whether there is leakage in the torque converter. Since the oil from the torque converter goes directly to the cooler, the leakage of the torque converter will reduce the outlet pressure of the cooler

4. Cooler outlet pressure. Low pressure indicates that there is less oil passing through the cooler. If it is determined that the hydraulic pump and torque converter are normal, there is a blockage in the cooler
